THE CABIN:
Hillside Haven is so named because of its location in the rolling hills of Sevier County! This Beautifully decorated cabin boasts 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths with a Game Room in the Loft.
Upon entering the cabin, you'll notice a newly renovated space with open concept and high vaulted ceilings. The completely renovated kitchen comes equipped with new LG appliances, farmhouse sink, granite countertops. Stepping down the hallway brings you to the first floor bathroom and 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms with Queen Beds. Heading up the stairs brings you to the Loft Game Room with Pool Table and plenty of Board Games! A left takes you to the upstairs bathroom and Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and Full sized Day Bed with Twin pullout Mattress. Moving back downstairs and through the Kitchen will bring you to the rear of the Cabin where you will find a large covered back deck with Hot Tub, Outside Seating, and Gas BBQ grill. Stepping off the deck leads you to the Large Fenced in back yard to let your pets run safely! Also located in the yard is a large stone fire pit to eat Smores and relax!

Additional notesThere are a couple of friendly kitty cats that sometimes roam the grounds and woods behind the cabin. They are a great natural source of pest control! Don't be surprised if you find one of the cats meowing at the back door in the evening. Sometimes they stop by looking for a treat. Feel free to feed them, they really appreciate it! We try to keep canned food in the cabinet to the upper left of the fridge.

The roads leading to the cabin are not too steep, so a 2 wheel car will be just fine. However, during the winter months, 4 wheel drive is recommended. Though we rarely receive significant snow at this particular property.
Getting aroundThis cabin is located in Kodak, TN. Just on the cusp of Sevierville. A short drive away and you will find, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
